For fermentation, a 7.8 gallon handled food-grade bucket with grommeted lid is the ideal tool for the job allowing enough room for fresh fruit, wine concentrates or for additives. Rack quickly and easily from this primary fermenter into the 6 gallon carboy using the Auto Siphon. Siphoning has never been easier!
